Meet Your Guide

I’m Tai Ma. I’m a shaman, coherence coach, and certified life coach who works with leaders, helpers, and change makers who carry a lot.

I’m especially called to support marginalized folks, allies, and advocates who are holding emotional, relational, and collective responsibility, as well as people who understand that they create their own reality and want grounded support in doing so.

Many of the people I work with are high capacity leaders, creatives, and conscious creators, including CEOs, entrepreneurs, and leaders who carry public responsibility and private pressure, and who value practices like visualization, energy work, and nervous system regulation.

A: Knowing isn’t the same as doing—especially when things get hard. This cohort helps you return to your tools in a structured, consistent way. Practicing creates a powerful field of regulation that helps coherence take root in everyday life.
